Peters Headstone Dedication

Greenhill Cemetery, Alexandria, South Dakota

Dedication of a new, replacement headstone.

Timothy Peters enlisted on the 28th of October, 1861. Tim was a Corporal in Company A, 3rd Cavalry Regiment, Wisconsin. They saw a lot of action, mostly in Missouri and Arkansas. He mustered out on 30th of January 1865. Three of his brothers also served; Munson, Nelson and Ashley. Munson and Nelson served in Company A along side Tim. All four of the brothers survived the war.
